With cultural heritages Ulqin is very rich too. The most important heritages are: The old town and the castle of Ulqin, the Museum, the castle of Shasi and the bridge of Klezna.
The old town of Ulqin is thought that is was built by the old Greeks in the V and IV century BC. and then it was a Illyrian place. It was occupied by the Venetians for over 150 years and then it was occupied by the Ottomans for over 400 years. All this has affected the city's architectural and cultural sides.
The Castle of Ulqin is one of the magnificient heritage of Ulqin. It is an ancient castle built in the V century BC. and it was built with Cyclopean stones. It is one of the most attractive castle on the Mediterranean sea.

The museum of Ulqin is located inside the castle and it is built in 1975.
The Shasi Castle-is located in suburb of Ulqin near the Shasi Lake. It is a Middle Aged old town. Now there are ruins and nobody lives there anymore. It is considered one of the most attractive "dead" town on Montenegrin coast. Shasi has had 365 churches, exactly as the number of days in a year. But today there are only ruins but 8 churches can be seen and only those 8 churches have survived during the centuries. Today the archaeologists are studying those churches.
The bridge of Kllezna is built from stone over the river of Megjurec in year 1696. It has these dimensions: length:12m, width: 3.60m and the thickness of the stones 80cm.
